(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH A DOCUMENTED QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM THAT:-INVOLVES THE MEMBERSHIP IN SETTING CLUB PRIORITIES AND DIRECTIONS;-ENSURES CONTINUITY OF OFFICERS, POLICIES, PLANS AND PROGRAMS IN THE EXECUTIVE TEAM AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS CHANGES; AND-ENCOURAGES AND FACILITATES HIGH LEVELS OF COMPETENCY IN THE OPERATING TEAM.
