Our vision is to change how nonprofits approach construction projects by taking on the challenges of design-build so our partners can stay on mission while we help grow their impact. Third Lens provides architectural design, engineering, and construction management services to ministries with building needs. PreConstruction Our team of building professionals assists with developing final budgets schedules contracts and contractor selection prior to construction commencing. Execution Once construction begins a Third Lens project manager remotely oversees the building process and provides advisory services through completion.
