PHMC Health Network is now PHMC Health! The new name reaffirms our long-standing commitment to providing integrated care that addresses patients’ needs holistically. Mary Howard Health Center and PHMC Care Clinic, two of our Federally Qualified Health Centers, have joined to form PHMC Health Callowhill! This expanded FQHC provides patients with more primary care providers, increased behavioral health and podiatry services, and access to dental and pharmacy services in a state-of-the-art facility that is accessible to people with mobility disabilities.
