PROMOTING A CULTURE OF PREPAREDNESS Neighbors helping neighbors The Emergency Volunteer Corps of Nehalem Bay EVCNB is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building personal community and regional resilience developing programs to ensure readiness and promoting a culture of emergency preparedness. News Updates The Oregon Coast can be susceptible to a variety of natural disasters which could cause us to be cut off from food water and power for extended periods. Having enough food and water to last for at least 30 days is an important part of preparing for emergencies. A big thank you to all who attended our 2nd Annual Top Chef Emergency Food Cooking Contest.
