Message from National Election Committee (NEC) Dear American Druze Community: We hope this email finds you and your family safe and healthy. The ADS National Membership Committee (NMC) along with the Nominations & Elections Committee (NEC) and the Digital Community (DC) would like to provide you with a detailed update on the 2025 ADS upcoming national election timeline and membership status. The committees have successfully concluded the audit and verification process and updated the membership records accordingly. The following are this year’s election key dates and data: 2025 election dates and timelines: ❖ Membership report finalized and ready to load into voting software 05/25/2025 ❖ Voting software setup and ready to accept membership reports 05/19/2025 ❖ Voting software setup checked and confirmed by provider 05/28/2025 ❖ Opening of voting. The system at this time starts email ballots 06/01/2025 (0:00 midnight PST) ❖ Closing of voting 06/15/2025 (11:59 midnight PST) ❖ Result observation and announcement. During Summer Business meeting 2025 election data: ● NEC decided, finalized and tested a digital software (SAS) to perform National digital election for this election cycle. Refer to the attached screenshots that will explain what the voting members expect to see for the process. To that end, all members intending to vote for this cycle should ensure that their email addresses are accurate in the Digital Community System (log into the digital community to make corrections). ● During the voting period, members have the option to email nec@druze.com with any questions. Please allow 24 hours for responses. ● Total paid members eligible to vote in this year's election is 1388 including 524 Lifetime (LT) members.  ● Diligently worked on identifying missing email addresses. We have 207 H&W using the same email address and 21 missing emails. Those will not be getting voting emails. NMC made numerous attempts to collect the missing email we did receive some but more are still missing. The 2025 membership report has been published on the ADS website by the Digital Community. Each member on the report is eligible to vote in this year’s election and will receive a voting email. Kindly, verify your name and email address and let us know of any discrepancy as soon as you discover it; this gives us adequate time to rectify the matter in a timely manner. We appreciate the chapters who assisted us and audited their chapter’s membership reports.
