Contemporary Craft presents contemporary art in craft materials by international and national artist CC's mission is "to engage the public in creative experiences through contemporary craft." A key aspect is helping people to see the connections between creativity, making and daily life. Known for its deep commitment to innovation and quality, CC presents the best national and international, multidisciplinary and multicultural contemporary art in craft media (clay, metal, fiber, wood, glass and found materials), and showcases important techniques, concepts and artists in the field. At CC, visitors see and experience what happens when makers push the boundaries of traditional craft media, making something old new again.

Home - Contemporary Craft Featured News Contemporary Craft Expansion We are expanding. We just closed on the purchase of a new property located at 5688 Butler Street directly across the street from our existing facility. This expansion doubles the organizations square footage offering an additional 13000 square feet which will enable us to build out our fibers and metals programs reintroduce a woodworking studio and build out a new blacksmithing studio.
