THE COMMISSION EXTENDS ITS SERVICES TO SCHOOLS LOCATED IN CALIFORNIA, HAWAII, GUAM, AMERICAN SAMOA, COMMONWEALTH OF THE MARIANAS, MARSHALL ISLANDS, THE FEDERATED STATES OF MICRONESIA, AS WELL AS AMERICAN/INTERNATIONAL SCHOOLS IN SOUTHEAST ASIA AND THE PACIFIC.
