The mission is to divert youth from juvenile justice or child welfare systems by providing access to comprehensive community based services aimed at prevention, diversion or treatment. The mission also includes serving the needs of the homeless adolescent The Youth Service Bureau provides services to at-risk youth who are, or are at risk of becoming, runaway, abused, neglected and/or homeless. Services are also available for their family members.
