Lackawanna Neighbors built on the foundation that a community is only as strong as its neighborhoods believes that to strengthen a community first the neighborhoods that embody it need to be revitalized. We provide that framework by working together to enhance that sense of community. Our goal is simple transform a collection of houses into a neighborhood of homes.
