The Corporation is organized for exclusively religious, charitable, educational and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 or the corresponding provision of any future UnitedStates Internal Revenue Law, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under saidSection 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Specifically, theCorporation will raise funds to distribute to other nonprofit organizations. Aportion of these funds will be used to improve the living conditions of communities living in under-served regions, such as South Asia. These funds will also be used to organize conferences that provide education on professional development topics, facilitate community service projects, and provide awareness on issues related to humanitarian aid to under-served countries.
