Stop the presses! 📰💚 Edina High School’s Theatre for All program brought energy, heart, and talent to the stage last week with their production of Disney’s Newsies Jr. — a story about standing up, speaking out, and finding strength in community. When newspaper publishers raise prices at the newsboys’ expense, Jack Kelly (played by Annabelle Robinson and Will Jakala) rallies a scrappy band of newsies to take a stand. Together, they launch a citywide strike and discover that they’re stronger when they lift each other up and fight for what’s right. The performance was a hit, full of headline-worthy moments! Bravo to the entire cast, crew, and creative team on a job well done! 👏🎭 #DefiningExcellence Theatre for All is a Unified program that pairs students with and without special needs to collaborate, perform, and tell stories side by side!
