Here at Excelsior Springs Friends Of Animals, we are driven by a single goal; to do our part in making the world a better place for pets, both owned pets and strays. We help pet owners with referral to affordable vet care. We also help of with the cost of that care for pets of families in emergency or low income situations. When we are able, we help with other resources such as pet food. ESFOA assists rural strays and surrendered pets find rescue placement and assist with immediate veterinary needs. We help whenever and wherever we can. We are a 501(c)3 non profit organization and have no paid staff.

We work closely with Sioux City Animal Adoption & Rescue Center and our goal is to obtain any necessary medical attention that may be required, in addition to spaying and neutering as many pets as possible, prior to adoption without raising adoption fees.
