To achieve and maintain a "NO KILL" League City Community. To increase the number of pet adoptions to qualified homes by getting the animals out into the community where they can be seen. To financially assist the shelter in recruiting and training volunteers, foster caregivers and create innovative programs . Promote the spaying and neutering of animals and the humane care and treatment of animals.
