In pursuit of theempowerment of excellent girls Our Mission Our mission is to empower all girls to live confidently lead fearlessly and grow into women who support and encourage one another. We do this by providing guidance and advice to young girls to help them become more prepared for high school college and their careers. A Fearless Female is a girl who is not afraid of defying the stereotypes she is put in. She stands confident in her ways and is an asset to any community she is in.
