Miami Valley Fandom for Literacy Our primary Fund Raiser is an annual event called MILLENNICONreg Annually we select a Miami Valley educator or librarian for the Hal Award. It is named after the science fiction author and former high school scienceteacher Hal Clement. Fill out the Application Form if you have someone you wish to nominate for the Hal Award. You can donate to MVFL all donations are tax deductible.
