HOME Neighbors Helping Neighbors Neighbors 4 Neighbors friends of the Desert Village initiative is a phenomenally successful volunteer program for Sun City Palm Desert residents. We are run by an independent Board of Directors separate from the SCPD Homeowners Association. All members and volunteers are residents of Sun City Palm Desert. We are committed to helping our members find solutions to the issues of aging in place.
