The NYC ATI & Reentry Coalition celebrates the restoration of critical funding and the historic baselining of support for alternatives to incarceration (ATI) programs and reentry services. This funding will ensure ongoing access to vital programs, including substance use treatment, mental health support, and peer mentoring, that support individuals in avoiding incarceration and successfully reintegrating into society.
