Many people have had success, including a caption when they share them to prevent Facebook from taking them down. We encourage you to try this! ** PLEASE NOTE: These animals are NOT AVAILABLE for adoption yet. If we cannot locate their owners, our staff will work to fully evaluate them and make them available on our website. In the meantime, please complete a general adoption application on our website https://ycspca.org/adopt/ to become pre-approved. ✅ You can help the animals in our care by becoming a foster! Visit our website https://ycspca.org/get-involved/foster-program.html to fill out a foster application for a dog, cat, or small/exotic animal. The York County SPCA assumes all financial and medical responsibility for our foster animals, so all you have to provide is your home and lots of love! 🏠❤🐾 (fb)

Happy Sunday from adoptable Maya! At 9 years old, Maya is the perfect combo of leisurely walks and cat naps on the couch. This super sweet senior has a heart of gold and a loving, more relaxed personality. We don't know how Maya feels about living with kids and she may do best as the only dog in her furever home. Although an equally friendly and relaxed male dog sibling may be an option for her. Our client care staff works with every prospective adopter to counsel them based on their unique family situation. For any homes bringing in a new furry addition, we always recommend ongoing supervision and slow, safe incorporation. If you have a soft spot for seniors and can give this very deserving girl the home she longs for, please consider opening your heart to her. To apply to adopt marvelous Maya, just go to: https://ycspca.org/animals/maya/ 🐾 🐾 Maya is available for foster!
