Our mission, "empowering people through innovative solutions, one person at a time," reflects our commitment to delivering person-centered, holistic care. ADAPT is dedicated to ensuring that individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), especially those who have historically lacked agency and choice, have the opportunity to actively pursue their personal goals. By collaborating with the individuals we serve to create individualized plans, ADAPT fosters greater independence and supports a life of full potential without limitations.
