Friday, May 30, 2025 Cold War Victory Medal Presentation Roy, UT The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand a flag line for a Cold War Victory Medal Presentation. This will be a HOTH format. We will stand a flag-line at the Roy Hope Center, located at 5150 S 1900 West in Roy. The flag line will be inside the building as the veterans and their guests arrive. Once the program begins at 5:00 PM, the PGR will move into the auditorium for the opening flag ceremony. When the flag ceremony is completed, the PGR will be dismissed with the opportunity to return inside for the remainder of the proceedings. The Ride Captain for this mission will be Grant Carver, and he can be reached at 801-698-4366. Staging: 4:00 PM at the Roy Hope Center, 5051 S 1900 West in Roy (in the south parking lot). Monday, May 26, 2024 St. George Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony St. George UT The Patriot Guard Riders have been requested to stand a flag line during the Memorial Day ceremony at the Sun River Memorial Park, located at 1760 Wide River Drive in St. George. At 8:00 AM there will be a short parade style "ride through" the park with the bikes. Immediately following the ride through, the PGR will stand a flag line during the ceremony. NOTE: Due to the tight spacing through the rose garden and walkway, the "ride" will be bikes only. Trikes and cages will not fit. Regardless, please join us to help stand the flag line. Staging: 7:00 AM, at Chevron, 4655 Pioneer Rd, St. George (I-15 and Sun river Parkway) KSU: 7:30 AM Weather: Sunny with a low of 69 and a high of 96.
