ARLINGTON HIGH FOOTBALL BOOSTERS
We believe sports are a great way to build character, self-esteem, sportsmanship and leadership skills. In addition to building our players up physically, we are building them up academically. The coaches, staff and boosters established a mandatory study hall and homework club to ensure our players are successful on and off the field. More than 60% of our student body receives free or reduced lunch. This means that we, as boosters, work extra hard to ensure that every player who desires to play, can. Sometimes we meet our fundraising goals and sometimes we don't. We make sure players eat a balanced meal before each Friday night game and sometimes provide scholarships to extremely needy players who may not have the funds to purchase a spirit pack or appropriate cleats.
