Secondary Materials And Recycled Textiles (SMART) has been at the forefront of recycling since 1932. We recycle textiles. SMART members divert 3.8 billion lbs of waste from landfills annually. THE ORGANIZATION IS AN INTERNATIONAL TRADE ASSOCIATION WHICH SEEKS TO STRENGTHEN THE ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES OF ITS DIVERSE MEMBERSHIP BY PROMOTING THE INTERDEPENDENCE OF INDUSTRY SEGMENTS AND PROVIDING A COMMON FORUM FOR NETWORKING, EDUCATION, AND TRADE.
