The North Mississippi Land Trust shall be a non-profit membership corporation created to conserve, pro mote, and protect open spaces and green places of eco logical, cultural, or scenic significance in the the counties of North Mississippi the Trust will accomplish these and such other purposes as may be adopted by the Trust in the future, by acquiring legaltitle or conservation easements to real property in the counties of North Mississippi (north of highway 82)
