Ecumenical Community Development Organization ("ECDO") is a nonprofit community-based development organization incorporated in New York State on November 6, 1983. The mission of ECDO is to fulfill the objective of formulating and implementing plans for new construction and moderate and substantial rehabilitation of affordable housing in West Harlem and the surrounding communities of Hamilton Heights, Manhattanville and Morningside Heights. ECDO's service capacity also includes adult and youth.
