Despite 40 years of service to families in crisis, this bill would force The Samaritan Inn, Community Lifeline Center, and hundreds of similar agencies—and 100s of agencies like us across the state—to shut down or relocate because of where we’re located. 📍 Community Lifeline provides food to families who are experiencing homelessness. 📍 The Samaritan Inn is a comprehensive housing program in Collin County. ✅ 40+ years of service—dismissed ✅ 296 public comments—ignored ✅ No exemptions.
