ABOUT US The Gerald and Virginia Rose Foundation provides needbased educational grants to students pursuing higher education in trade or professional certification schools as well as accredited college programs. Our program is only available to students in Western Eagle County Colorado who are experiencing financial hardship. While we give preference to students who remain in Colorado and attend instate colleges with lower tuition rates our program is not limited to traditional colleges alone.
