TO SERVE AS A DISTINGUISHED ARENA FOR NURTURING LOCAL TALENT AND TO PROVIDE CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY BY MAINTAINING HIGH STANDARDS OF FAMILY-ORIENTED, QUALITY PROGRAMS AND PERFORMANCES.
