We are a continuing care retirement community offering a variety of options to best fit your retirement lifestyle in Bloomington, Illinois. Welcome to Westminster Village, Bloomington-Normal’s premier Continuing Care Retirement Community. The Westminster Village Foundation exists solely to enrich the lives of the residents of Westminster Village. The Foundation was established in 1983 to encourage philanthropic support of the residents and to contribute to the quality of their lives at Westminster Village. Contributions support religious, social, artistic, recreational, educational and health care activities, as well as strive to enhance and improve the facilities and services of Westminster Village.
