ROSCCO Mission:To address the need for safe, structured and quality programs for families and their children.ROSCCO Vision:To work in collaboration and partnerships with the Stamford Public Schools and community agencies to provide school-based direct services including educational, enrichment, recreational, and cultural activities for families of the City of Stamford.History:ROSCCO is a proud member of the not-for-profit community serving Stamford families since 1975. ROSCCO is a recognized pioneer and leader in the field of AfterSchool Programming. The organization which was originally housed in the Rogers School was supported by the Stamford Public Schools and the City of Stamford Community Development Fund. Today, ROSCCO has evolved into a city-wide partnership between the community, the Stamford Public Schools and many local not-for profit agencies. While continuing its' role as an integral partner in The International School at Rogers Magnet, ROSCCO administers a city-wide network with program sites in 11 of Stamford's elementary and two middle schools.
