ROSCCO is a recognized pioneer and leader in the field of AfterSchool Programming. The organization which was originally housed in the Rogers School was supported by the Stamford Public Schools and the City of Stamford Community Development Fund. Today, ROSCCO has evolved into a city-wide partnership between the community, the Stamford Public Schools and many local not-for profit agencies. While continuing its' role as an integral partner in The International School at Rogers Magnet, ROSCCO administers a city-wide network with program sites in 11 of Stamford's elementary and two middle schools.
