NE Wisconsin Rugby Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide an opportunity for every child between the grades 1 and 12 to receive proper instruction, education and training so that they may participate in the life-long, positive character building sport of rugby in a safe and rewarding environment. NEWRF seeks to develop children through the sport of rugby focusing on fitness, teamwork, self-discipline and respect. We do this directly through our locally supported teams and in our goals: 1. Support the development of youth rugby 2. Support local youth rugby programs with coaching and referee training 3. We are working to develop a sports complex for rugby in Brown County

The Northeast Wisconsin Rugby Foundation is a 501c3nonprofit created to facilitate the growth of youth rugby in NE Wisconsin.
