TCAALH TCAALH is The Texas Center for African American Living History. A Nonprofit for public education working with schools universities libraries museums communities. Background SINCE 2007 TCAALH has developedover 700 programs written the narrative for two pieces of legislation developed programs for Young Audiences designed an African American Studies Curriculum taught graduate classes in CRT helped produce seven documentaries and opened Mitchell Museum in Lavaca County. TCAALH also designs landmarks for urban interpretation of Black history and culture.
