Consumer Housing Programs The Homeownership Center We promote sustainable homeownership through homebuyer classes and coaching down payment assistance programs foreclosure prevention counseling and reverse mortgage lending and counseling. Real Estate Development Programs YouthBuild AmeriCorps Dayton This program provides assistance to young adults 1824 years old who have not completed high school. Students complete academic coursework life skills job training and professional certifications in the construction field.
