NVHEF – North Valley Health Education Foundation Home NVHEF North Valley Health Education Foundation The North Valley Health Education Foundation established in 1973 educates people about healthrelated issues and financially supports students involved in the health sciences. It is a 501c3 nonprofit organization eligible to receive taxdeductible gifts. Students enrolled in health professions at a community college 4year college nursing program medical school and paramedic program at Butte College are eligible to apply for scholarships. Scholarship applications are available January 1 through May 1.
