A Community House was donated to the citizens of the City of Elkton and Todd County, Kentucky in 1928 which is to be used for cultural and social activities. The Milliken Memorial Community House, Inc. is repsonsible for the upkeep and maintance of the building. Rental income and investement income is used to help offset those expenses.
