Bunkers in Baghdad sends golf equipment to our troops and vets all around the world. 50 states, 81 countries, 15.9 million golf balls, 1.7 million clubs Bunkers in Baghdad is a not-for-profit charity that collects and sends new and used golf balls, clubs and equipment to deployed soldiers and veterans. The purpose of Bunkers in Baghdad (“Bunkers") is simple. We collect new and used golf equipment (golf balls and golf clubs) and supply them, free of charge, to soldiers currently deployed around the world (with a special focus on those deployed in combat zones in Iraq and Afghanistan) for recreational use and stress relief. Bunkers also distributes golf equipment to warriors and VA programs across the United States for use in recreational and rehabilitative therapy. Equipment is provided free to charge to all service members who request a shipment as well as to any warriors and veterans' programs that make a request.
