Community of Unity CONNECTS with youth, EMPOWERING them to make choices that lead to growth and INSPIRING their pursuit of a personally satisfying future. Our programs support adolescents on their journey of identifying their unique passion and potential so that they can develop a pathway toward a future of their own design, breaking narratives society has prescribed to them. Our organization works on a eight year model that follows youth from 9th-12th grade and through four critical post high school years. We provide social emotional skill building through our three pillars, Counseling and Peer Mentorship ( F.A.M Groups), College & Career (C.O.R.E), and Physical Health & Wellness.
