Celebrating and inspiring healthy, environmentally-friendly transportation through our What Moves Us program Since our founding in 2006, our mission has been to help individuals, employers, and neighborhoods improve the health and vibrancy of their communities. Using innovative approaches, we encourage and inspire people to consider using active, environmentally-friendly modes of travel such as walking, bicycling, and public transportation. We engage commuters in a variety of ways to present qualitative and quantitative data about the joys and obstacles of using such modes to the public, planners, and other leaders, in order to inform transportation initiatives and decisions.
