The Madagascar Cooperative Foundation's focus is sustainable low cost development. MCF's mission is to eliminate generational poverty among Malagasy families by working cooperatively with NGO's to ensure that each family is provided the knowledge and necessities to lift themselves out of poverty in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
