SIDS Alliance of the Mid-Atlantic
The mission of Sudden Infant Death Services of the Mid-Atlantic is to reduce the numbers of infant deaths in Washington D.C., Maryland and Virginia. SIDS Mid-Atlantic works to accomplish this mission by: - providing bereavement support services to families whose babies have died, including a home visit, peer support, support groups, and an annual memorial service. - Providing education and outreach programs focusing on reducing the risk of Sudden Infant Death to prevent babies from dying.
