Young Government Leaders YGL was founded in 2003 by a group of young government employees seeking new connections across federal agencies. our services YGL offers many services to our members including trainings resources networking opportunities mentorship programs career development support and access to exclusive events and workshops. Our goal is to empower and equip aspiring government leaders with the tools and connections they need to succeed in their careers.
