American Council of the Blind of Ohio is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for Ohioans who are blind or visual impaired. We increase the independence, security, equality of opportunity, & quality of life for BVI Ohioans. To improve the quality and equality of life for persons who are blind or visually impaired This is done by offering information and referral for resources training programs emotional support recreational opportunities and student scholarships
