CUSP – Cambodian University Scholarship Project CUSP CUSP CUSP helps young men and women from rural villages in Cambodia reach their full potential. University CUSP provides scholarships for high school graduates to attend university and technical colleges where they learn valuable skills for employment. CUSP students attend 9 different universities and vocational schools located in Phnom Penh Kampong Thom and Kampong Cham. High School Over 40 students per year reside at CUSP dorms in Kampong Thom while attending high school.
