The purpose of Goodwill is to assist persons with achieving their employment goals. There are many barriers to employment, which can be as simple as not having a resume to send or as daunting as trying to overcome lifelong welfare dependency. Goodwill also offers classes in Adult Basic Education and GED. Goodwill believes that every person who wants to work should have the opportunity to do so.
