Changing lives Starts With You Our Mission The Heart of the City Foundation seeks to address through a variety of programs the relational physical educational and spiritual well being of the diverse population of Columbus Ohio particularly those living and working in the heart of the city. Our foundation reaches 30000 persons affected by homelessness hunger poverty HIVAIDS addiction or incarceration in downtown Columbus with free compassionate and supportive services through several community programs.
