Belmont Youth Basketball Association – Belmont Youth Basketball Association Belmont Youth Basketball Association InTown Program The BYBA Intown program is a recreational program for Belmont 3rd8th graders. Players registered for our Travel Program are automatically registered for Intown. BYBA aims to balance skill levels across teams. Games take place on Saturday within Belmont.
