THE MISSION OF SI BEHAVIORAL NETWORK ("SIBN") IS TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE MENTALLY ILL OF STATEN ISLAND THROUGH INTENSIVE AND SUPPORTIVE CASE MANAGEMENT, AS WELL AS AFFORDABLE HOUSING.
