The 2025 Johanna B. Hancock Award for outstanding dedication and service to the KSHA Membership as an executive council member was presented to Heather Gaddis. Heather has served KSHA for many years by supporting student events, multiple roles on the Convention Planning Committee, and Co-Chair multiple years, and will begin her position as President Elect in July. The KSHA 2025 Honors of the Association Award was presented to Robyn Wahl. This award is presented to a KSHA member who has demonstrated distinguished educational, profession and/or administrative activity or outstanding service to KSHA. Robyn is currently the Past President of KSHA and has served our members by organizing flood relief efforts, advocating for multiple legislative changes, and continues to support the professions of SLP and AuD on the KSHA board.
