For those living with a mental illness, everyday tasks can sometimes feel overwhelming, but there is always "tikvah," or hope. Since 1990, Tikvah AJMI has provided vital social, educational, and support programs to help individuals across Greater Philadelphia reduce isolation, increase independence, and enhance their Jewish identity. With nearly 350 participants and over 120 annual programs, Tikvah AJMI creates a sense of belonging. Through support from the Jewish Federation, the organization is expanding its services, breaking down stigmas about mental illness and fostering a compassionate community.
