While hiking, they practiced mindfulness—taking in the sights, sounds, and feelings around them while reflecting on gratitude for their bodies, the sunshine, and time with loved ones. Teresa shared: “When we stopped to take a selfie, Vincent made a heart with his hands, unprompted.
