We have a simple, but robust mission: to help ladies in the film industry be the best version of themselves by empowering them with resources and tools to Ladies in Film & Television is committed to reconnecting families and communities to achieve personal success through many strategies, including advocacy, gender equality, personal development, literacy, youth engagement, and human rights using pooled talents in Creative Arts.

Ladies in Film & Television
Ladies in Film & Television (LIFT) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting gender equality and diversity within the film and television industry.
Mission and Objectives
The mission of LIFT revolves around creating an inclusive environment that supports and empowers creatives, particularly women and diverse groups, by providing opportunities for growth and collaboration. Through community engagement and various initiatives, LIFT aims to enhance the visibility and participation of underrepresented groups in the screen industries.
